Refund Policy
To get a REFUND on a product, you must call Intrasonic Technology, at 877-435-0670 and request and RMA.
Write the RMA# on the box and ship it to:

Upon receipt of your Return you will be issued a full refund if:
The product returned is within the Warranty Period
The Product is in Excellent Condition with the Original Packaging when sent to the customer.
Warranty Information
Intrasonic Technology warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects for two years from the date of closing or actual installation with the exception of Speakers which carry a 10 year limited warranty. This warranty only applies to products purchased from authorized dealers and distributors. If proof of installation cannot be supplied, the manufacturing date code may be substituted. Refunds are available by calling our office and requesting an RMA to be referenced on the box upon sending the product back.
This warranty extends to the original user or subsequent owner of the product during the warranty term. Intrasonic Technology will replace or repair the product at its option at no charge with a rebuilt or new product. All products with manufacturing defects must be returned to Intrasonic Technology. *Full warranty description included in product manual.
If an Intrasonic Technology product is determined to have a defect, please call our toll free number (877-435-0670) before any attempt to dismantle or repair the product.
Any attempt to dismantle or repair the product will void the warranty. An RMA (Return Material Authorization) will be required prior to returning a product to Intrasonic Technology for a Refund.
